Terms and Conditions

1. About the Programme

The Route27 Membership Programme ("the Programme") is operated by Route27 (ABN [35 695 549 029]) of [Address], Braddon ACT 2612 ("Route27", "we", "us"). The Programme rewards members for purchases and community participation at Route27 through a points-based system. Points can be used to unlock and maintain membership tiers or redeemed for store credit. Membership is free to join and open to any individual aged 13 years or older. Members under the age of 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enrol. By enrolling on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms and Conditions on the minor's behalf and accepts responsibility for the minor's participation in the Programme. Membership is automatically applied when you sign up through the Route27 website or by request at the counter in-store. By enrolling in the Programme, you agree to these Terms and Conditions

2. Membership Tiers

The Programme has four membership tiers. Three tiers are publicly available. A fourth tier exists and is awarded at Route27's discretion to members who demonstrate sustained and exceptional community engagement. The existence and benefits of the fourth tier are not publicly disclosed. 2.1 Tier Thresholds Common requires 0 points to unlock and has no annual maintenance requirement. Uncommon requires 500 points to unlock and 300 points per year to maintain. Rare requires 1,500 points to unlock and 800 points per year to maintain. The fourth tier threshold and maintenance requirement are undisclosed and communicated directly to qualifying members. 2.2 Unlocking a Tier To unlock Uncommon or Rare, a member must accumulate the required points. Points used to unlock a tier are deducted from the member's balance at the time of unlock. The fourth tier is awarded by Route27 and cannot be unlocked through points alone. 2.3 Maintaining a Tier Tier status must be maintained annually. On each membership anniversary date, Route27 will deduct the applicable maintenance points from the member's balance. Members will be notified by email 30 days prior to their anniversary date. If a member's balance is insufficient to cover maintenance, their tier will be downgraded one tier at a time based on available balance. Fourth tier maintenance requirements are communicated directly to qualifying members. 2.4 Tier Benefits Common members receive access to a Route27 membership account and points tracking. New product releases are available to Common members from Sunday during store hours on a general queue basis. Common members join the general public registration queue for pre-release events. Common members are admitted to vendor nights on a general admission basis at a standard vendor table fee of $50. Uncommon members receive all Common member benefits plus the following. New product releases are available to Uncommon members from Saturday during store hours as early access, one day before Common members and general public. Uncommon members receive a 24-hour priority registration window for pre-release events. Uncommon members have access to the singles and slabs wishlist with a 4-hour response window when a wishlisted item becomes available. Uncommon members receive guaranteed entry to launch parties subject to available capacity, with priority over Common members, upon RSVP. Uncommon members' first vendor table at a vendor night is provided at no charge, with subsequent tables charged at the standard $50 rate. Rare members receive all Uncommon member benefits plus the following. New product releases are available to Rare members from Friday at 7pm via the launch party event. Rare members receive guaranteed launch party entry upon RSVP with no capacity restriction. Rare members receive a 48-hour priority registration window for pre-release events. Rare members' singles and slabs wishlist response window is extended to 24 hours. Rare members receive early entry to vendor nights 30 minutes before general public admission. The fourth tier is not publicly disclosed. Members who qualify are notified directly and receive a full outline of benefits at that time. 2.5 Launch Parties Launch parties are held on Friday evenings from 7pm to 9pm on selected major set release dates. The store is closed to the general public during this period. Rare members and fourth tier members receive guaranteed entry upon RSVP. Uncommon members receive guaranteed entry subject to available capacity, with priority over Common members, upon RSVP. Where capacity allows, Common members may also be invited on the day. Route27 will communicate any remaining capacity via its social media channels on the day of the event. Purchase limits apply at all launch parties regardless of tier. Route27 reserves the right to set capacity limits for each launch party event. 2.6 Release Calendar Route27's standard release schedule for new products is as follows. On Friday from 7pm to 9pm, Rare and fourth tier members may access new releases via the launch party. On Saturday during store hours, Uncommon members may access new releases as early access. On Sunday during store hours, Common members and the general public may access new releases on a general queue basis. This schedule applies to major set releases. Release dates for specific products may vary and will be communicated via Route27's website and social media channels in advance. 2.7 Vendor Nights Vendor nights are held quarterly. Entry is free for all attendees. Rare and fourth tier members receive early entry 30 minutes before general public. Any member wishing to set up as a vendor pays a flat fee of $50 per table regardless of tier. Uncommon, Rare, and fourth tier members receive their first vendor table at no charge. Subsequent vendor tables are charged at the standard $50 rate. Route27 does not take a percentage of vendor sales. 2.8 Modification of Benefits Route27 reserves the right to modify tier benefits at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes at least 30 days in advance.

3. Earning Points

Points are earned through purchases and community participation at Route27. Points are awarded at the rates set out below and are subject to change with reasonable notice. 3.1 Purchase Points Points are awarded on the net purchase value excluding GST, shipping, and any amounts paid using store credit. Points are not awarded on gift card purchases. Points are awarded at the time of transaction and will appear in the member's account within 24 hours. Points are weighted by product category as a general guide. The exact points awarded for each product are displayed on the product's listing on the Route27 website. In the event of a discrepancy between the category rate and the product listing, the product listing prevails. Route27 reserves the right to adjust points on individual products at any time, including for promotional purposes. As a general guide, singles and slabs earn 2 points per $1 spent. Accessories including sleeves, binders, playmats, and deck boxes earn 1.5 points per $1 spent. Plushies and figures earn 1 point per $1 spent. Route27 branded merchandise earns 1 point per $1 spent. Other merchandise earns 0.5 points per $1 spent. Sealed product earns 1 point per $100 spent. Where a transaction includes multiple categories, points are calculated per line item at the applicable rate. Where a discount, staff reduction, promotional price, or any other form of price reduction is applied to a purchase, points are calculated on the actual amount paid after discount, not the original retail price. 3.2 Event Points Event participation points are awarded upon check-in at the event. Members must be present at the event to receive points — registration alone does not qualify. Points for top 4 placements are awarded after final standings are confirmed. No points are awarded for launch party attendance. Attending a casual event night earns 25 points. Entering a paid event such as a draft, pre-release, or competitive event earns 50 points. Finishing in the top 4 at a competitive event earns an additional 75 points on top of the event entry points. Attending a vendor night earns 15 points. Setting up as a vendor at a vendor night earns 40 points. 3.3 Singles and Slab Wishlist Wishlist access is available to Uncommon, Rare, and fourth tier members. Members may maintain a wishlist of specific singles or graded cards they are seeking. Route27 will make reasonable efforts to notify members when a wishlisted item becomes available in-store prior to it being added to the general display binders or sales floor. Notification does not constitute a reservation. Wishlisted items remain available for general sale if the member does not respond within their notified response window. Uncommon members have a 4-hour response window. Rare members have a 24-hour response window. Fourth tier members have a 24-hour response window, however the buyer's agent service supersedes the wishlist for active sourcing requests. Route27 does not guarantee the availability of any wishlisted item and accepts no liability for items sold before a member is able to respond. 3.4 Points Accuracy Members are responsible for ensuring points are correctly applied at the time of transaction. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant transaction or event.

4. Points Expiry

All points in a member's account expire 12 months from the date of their most recent qualifying purchase. A qualifying purchase is any transaction that earns points under Section 3.1. Each new qualifying purchase resets the expiry clock for the entire points balance. For example, if a member's last purchase was 1 March 2025, all points in their account expire on 1 March 2026. A purchase made on 28 February 2026 would reset the expiry date to 28 February 2027 for the entire balance. Event participation does not reset the expiry clock. Only purchases do. Expired points cannot be reinstated under any circumstances. Members can view their points balance and expiry date at any time via their membership account on the Route27 website. Route27 will make reasonable efforts to notify members of an approaching expiry via email. It is the member's responsibility to monitor their points balance and expiry date. Route27 accepts no liability for points that expire without being redeemed.

5. Redeeming Points

5.1 Tier Unlocks and Maintenance Points may be used to unlock Uncommon and Rare membership tiers and to meet annual tier maintenance requirements as described in Section 2. Points used for tier purposes are deducted from the member's balance at the time of unlock or maintenance and cannot be reversed. 5.2 Store Credit Members may redeem points for store credit at a rate of 100 points to $1.00 store credit. Store credit can be applied to any in-store or online purchase at Route27. The minimum redemption is 100 points. Store credit has no cash value, cannot be refunded, and cannot be transferred to another member or person. 5.3 No Reversal Once points have been redeemed for store credit or used to unlock or maintain a tier, the transaction cannot be reversed. Route27 accepts no liability for points redeemed in error. 5.4 Redemption at Discretion Route27 reserves the right to introduce additional redemption options at its discretion. Any new redemption options will be communicated via the Route27 website.

6. Purchase Limits

Route27 reserves the right to set and adjust purchase limits on any product at any time. Purchase limits are displayed in-store and on the Route27 website at the time of sale. Purchase limits apply equally to all members regardless of tier, during member-exclusive release windows, launch parties, and pre-release events. Route27 implements purchase limits to ensure fair access for all customers and to discourage bulk purchasing for resale. Members found to be circumventing purchase limits, including through the use of multiple accounts or transactions, will have their membership cancelled in accordance with Section 7.3. 6A. MEMBER-EXCLUSIVE PRODUCT WINDOWS 6A.1 Release Schedule Route27 operates a tiered release schedule for new product releases as set out in Section 2.6. This schedule is designed to reward member engagement while ensuring all customers have access to products within a reasonable timeframe. 6A.2 General Release Not Guaranteed Route27 does not guarantee that any product will remain available for general purchase following member-exclusive release windows. Stock is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each access window. Route27 accepts no liability for products that sell out during a member window prior to general release. Membership is free to join and open to any individual aged 13 or over. Any person may sign up in-store or online at any time to access future member windows. 6A.3 Purchase Limits During Member Windows Standard purchase limits apply during all member-exclusive windows as described in Section 6. 6A.4 Stock Availability Communications Route27 will make reasonable efforts to communicate anticipated stock quantities and window details prior to each release via its website and social media channels. These communications are estimates only and are not a guarantee of availability. Actual stock may vary due to supplier allocations, shipping delays, or other factors outside Route27's control. 6A.5 Changes to Release Schedule Route27 reserves the right to modify the release schedule for any product at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via the Route27 website and social media channels where possible.

7. General Conditions

7.1 One Account Per Person Membership is limited to one account per individual. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate points, circumvent purchase limits, or gain additional access to member benefits is prohibited and will result in cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all accumulated points. 7.2 Non-Transferable Membership, points, tier status, and all associated benefits are personal to the member and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or shared with another person. Launch party invites and event registrations made under a member's account are for the member's personal attendance only. 7.3 Account Suspension and Cancellation Route27 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any membership account where a member has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, created multiple accounts or engaged in any form of fraudulent activity, circumvented or attempted to circumvent purchase limits, purchased products for the purpose of resale in a manner inconsistent with Route27's community values, or violated Route27's in-store Code of Conduct. Cancelled accounts forfeit all accumulated points, tier status, and benefits with immediate effect. Route27 will provide written notice of cancellation where reasonably practicable. Members may request a review of a cancellation decision by contacting Route27 within 14 days of receiving notice. 7.4 Programme Changes Route27 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Programme at any time. Material changes to earning rates, redemption rates, or tier thresholds will be communicated to members at least 30 days in advance. In the event of discontinuation, members will be given at least 60 days notice and the opportunity to redeem outstanding points for store credit before the Programme closes. Points balances and tier status at the time of any material change will not be retrospectively reduced as a result of that change, except where required by law or where a member has breached these Terms and Conditions. 7.5 Minor Members Members under the age of 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian as described in Section 1. The parent or guardian accepts full responsibility for the minor's participation in the Programme, including any purchases made and points redeemed. Route27 reserves the right to require verification of parental consent at any time. 7.6 Staff and Family Member Participation Route27 staff and their immediate family members are welcome to participate in the Programme on the same terms as any other member. No special benefits, additional points, or preferential treatment apply. Where a staff discount or any other form of price reduction is applied to a purchase, points are calculated on the actual amount paid after discount, not the original retail price. 7.7 Privacy Personal information collected as part of membership is handled in accordance with Route27's Privacy Policy, available at route27.com.au/privacy. Route27 will not share member information with third parties without consent, except as required by law. Members who wish to access, correct, or delete their personal information may do so by contacting Route27 directly. 7.8 Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute regarding points, tier status, or any other aspect of the Programme, members should contact Route27 in the first instance. Route27 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 days of receiving written notice. Route27's determination on all Programme-related matters is final, subject to any rights the member may have under Australian Consumer Law. 7.9 Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy available under Australian Consumer Law.
