How it works:
Route27 loyalty is free to join and open to everyone aged 13 and over. Sign up in-store or online in under a minute.
Every time you buy something or participate in the community, you earn points. Use those points to unlock higher loyalty tiers — or redeem them for store credit. It's that simple.
Earning points:
Points are weighted to reward the things that matter most to the community.
What you do Points earned
Buy singles or slabs 2%
Buy accessories (sleeves, binders, playmats) 2%
Buy plushies or figures 1%
Buy Route27 branded merch 3%
Buy other merch and collectibles 1%
Buy sealed product 0.1%
Enter a paid event (draft, pre-release, competitive) 10%
Finish top 4 at a competitive event +20%
Set up as a vendor at a vendor night 10%
The table above acts as a general guide only. Actual points earned on each product are also shown on the product listing on our website. Points are calculated on the amount you actually pay — discounts and promotions are reflected in the points you earn.
Your points balance:
Points expire 12 months from your last purchase. Every new purchase resets the clock. Redeem 100 points for $1.00 store credit — use it on anything in store or online. Or spend your points unlocking a higher loyalty tier.

The Tiers:
You're in. Start earning points from day one.
New releases: Sunday general queue
Pre-releases: general public registration
Vendor nights: general admission
You're a regular. Route27 knows who you are.
New releases: Saturday access
Pre-releases: 24-hour priority registration window
Singles & slabs wishlist: 4-hour response window when a card you're after comes in
Maintenance: 300 points per year
You're part of the inner circle.
New releases: Friday 7pm
Pre-releases: 48-hour priority registration

Release calendar
On major set release weekends, here's how it works:

Friday 7pm–9pm Rare members and above
Saturday Uncommon members
Sunday Common members and general public
Stock is limited and not guaranteed at any stage. Purchase limits apply to Rares, Uncommon and Common tiers.
Vendor nights
Held quarterly. Free entry for everyone.
+Set up your own table and sell or trade cards with the community
+Flat fee of $50 per table — Route27 doesn't take a cut of your sales
+First table free per account
+Rare and above get early entry 30 minutes before doors open to everyone
Launch nights
On selected major release dates, Route27 closes its doors to the public and opens them to loyalty members Rare+.
+Friday evenings, 7pm–9pm
+Buy and crack product with the community
+Rare and above: guaranteed entry (RSVP required)
+Uncommon: lottery invite or invite subject to capacity (RSVP required)
+Common: lottery invite
A few things to know
Loyalty programme is personal — points and benefits can't be transferred or shared
One account per person
Under 18? You'll need a parent or guardian to sign up on your behalf
Points expire 12 months from your last purchase
