New sets can be unpredictable. Prices sometimes dip in the first rush after a release. Focus Sash has your back when that happens.
If something you bought loses value soon after it launches, we hand some of that difference back to you as store credit. That is the whole idea.
Price protection , minus the stress.
How it works
Buy an eligible product as a Route27 member. Promo packs, Japanese sealed and Simplified Chinese sealed are covered.
If its market price falls within the first 7 days of the official release date, you can claim.
We give you half of that fall back, up to 15% of what you paid, as store credit.
A quick example:
You buy a sealed box for $100. In its first week the price settles to $80, a fall of 20%. Focus Sash gives you half of that back, so $10 lands in your account as store credit.
Good to know:
You need a Route27 account. Guest checkout orders are not covered, so make sure you are logged in before you buy.
Pre orders count too. The clock always starts on the official release date, never the day your parcel ships.
You have 14 days from release to lodge a claim, though we only ever measure the fall across that first week.
