When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
We accept payment via Lightspeed Payments, our integrated payment processor. Payment information is processed securely by Lightspeed and is not stored by Route27.
If we are unable to fulfil your order after payment (for example, due to stock unavailability), we will notify you and provide a full refund.
5. Shipping
We ship Australia-wide. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Route27 ships via Australia Post. Route27 is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
6. Returns and Refunds
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply to all purchases from Route27. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer guarantees.
