Where We Ship
We currently ship Australia-wide. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order using our Australia Post integration. You will see the exact shipping cost before confirming your purchase.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods via Australia Post:
Standard Shipping: Delivered within 2 to 8 business days depending on your location. Tracking included.
Express Shipping: Delivered within 1 to 4 business days depending on your location. Tracking included.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Remote and rural areas may require additional transit time.
Order Dispatch
All orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au or via the Australia Post app.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@route27.com.au with your order number and tracking details. We will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Route27 is not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside our control, including weather events, public holidays, or high volume periods.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment via Lightspeed Payments, which supports the following:
Payment Security
All transactions are processed securely through Lightspeed Payments. Route27 does not store your card details at any point. Lightspeed Payments uses industry-standard encryption and is PCI DSS compliant.
When You Are Charged
Payment is collected in full at the time your order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been successfully processed.
Currency
All prices on the Route27 website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Failed Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be placed. Please check your card details and try again, or contact your bank if the issue persists. If you continue to experience problems, contact us at hello@route27.com.au.
Refunds
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider. For more information on our returns and refunds process, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
