RETURNS POLICY
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the failure is minor, we may repair or replace the item at our discretion. These rights apply to all purchases, whether made in store or online.
Counterfeit claims
We take counterfeit concerns seriously and will investigate all claims thoroughly. If a product is confirmed as counterfeit following our investigation process, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
To submit a counterfeit claim:
We reserve the right to decline claims where video evidence is not provided, is edited or inconclusive, or where the product shows signs of tampering or substitution after delivery. All claims are assessed on a case by case basis and Route27 reserves the right to seek further evidence where required.
What we do not accept
Graded cards and certified collectibles
All sales of graded cards and certified collectibles are final unless the item arrives in a condition materially different from its listing description or is confirmed counterfeit under the above process.
